Role Overview:
As a Junior Freelance Recruiter and BD in the Pharma and Biotech domains, you will play a key role in matching talent with opportunities in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
Whether you are an early-stage recruiter (1-2 years exp) looking for your next challenge or someone eager to enter the recruitment industry, this role offers a good opportunity to grow and succeed in the recruitment and associated business development (BD) role.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality control and verification of a high volume of jobs on the Lifelancer Platform
- Support business development, mainly via LinkedIn, email and phone
- Develop a deep understanding of client and candidate needs and industry trends
- Take care of online client and candidate meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Collaborate with the team to expand the company's market presence in the life science job market
Key Requirements
- Experience: Previous recruitment or business development experience (1-2 years) is preferred but not essential; a passion (plus some experience) for the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors is highly valued.
- Experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter will be advantageous but not essential
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing speaking) are needed
- Good computer skills, fast internet broadband (50+ MBPS), and a fast laptop are a MUST, you won't be able to be productive without it
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment
- Motivation: A results-driven individual with the ambition to succeed
