Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Clinical Analytics Lead to join our team in a client-facing role, contributing to the development, optimization, and delivery of our solutions around our platform.
Expectations:
Clinical Analytics Expertise:
• Leverage your deep understanding of Clinical Analytics to advise on product development and technical strategies.
• Drive customer adoption of Workspace Clinical Analytics solutions by tailoring implementations to their specific needs.
• Perform comprehensive data reviews using Workspace, uncovering meaningful insights and guiding decision-making.
• Craft compelling reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
Product Innovation Optimization:
• Collaborate actively with product teams to enhance Workspace solutions based on real-world industry requirements.
Knowledge Management Training:
• Ensure meticulous documentation for every study, facilitating efficient knowledge sharing and project continuity.
• Develop and refine training materials for internal and external audiences.
• Deliver impactful training sessions on-site and remotely, equipping clients with the skills to maximize their use of Workspace.
Client Team Collaboration:
• Partner with Business Development and Quality Assurance teams to address client inquiries and requests, including RFP responses and audit support.
• Become a trusted advisor for clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation journey.
Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a related field
• Extensive experience in clinical analytics in other existing solutions
• Proven track record of advising on and implementing analytical strategies.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
