Job Summary

We are looking for a Creative Designer who is responsible for developing visually appealing designs that effectively communicate ideas across various media, utilizing design software to produce high-quality graphics and layouts with a strong focus on creativity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for various marketing materials across print, digital, and video platforms: Print: Brochures, flyers, posters, banners, booklets, business cards, presentations. Digital: Websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media graphics, online ads, digital banners, and infographics. Video: Basic video editing and animations. Design HTML5 creatives and collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. Allocate significant time for market research to create trend-relevant and innovative designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns. Ensure all visual assets maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards. Provide design support to various departments as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with advanced expertise in Photoshop. Knowledge of HTML and HTML5 design principles. Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, Creatopy, or Synthesia is a plus.
• Creative Aptitude: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual storytelling. Visionary and out-of-the-box thinker capable of translating ideas into actionable designs.
• Professional Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated in the field.
• Preferred Criteria: Experience: 3+ years in graphic design or related fields. Education: Graduate in a relevant discipline (Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent). Join Date: Preference for immediate joiners or those with a notice period of one month or less.
