Real Chemistry is looking for a Manager, Social Media Thought Leadership to join our growing team! You will be responsible for supporting social media and content strategy for our Social Media Executive Thought Leadership Team clients.
This role can be remote in the US - with a preference to the East Coast - or in any of our US offices, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, or Washington DC.

Working with HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have offices in cities with many employees and clients – New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Manchester, UK and London, UK – that serve as hubs where and when they need us, and we encourage employees who live less than a 45-minute commute of a Real Chemistry office to go in at least two days per week. Real Chemistry is looking for a Manager, Social Media Thought Leadership to join our growing team! You will be responsible for supporting social media and content strategy for our Social Media Executive Thought Leadership Team clients.

What You’ll Do
- Write compelling, engaging and fresh social media content – both long-form and short-form - as well as work with creative teams, including designers and copywriters, to develop exceptional content for our clients customized for social platforms and ad units
- Brainstorm, conceptualize and present new social media and digital programs/plans for clients
- Measure client social performance through native tools, identifying a clear narrative from the numbers and generating insightful recommendations
- Support day-to-day social media executive healthcare accounts, as part of an integrated team
- Share and learn best practices for executives Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, you name it
- Track and monitor for press releases, live posts, and engagements on client social accounts
- Cultivate and maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and trends to guide account teams and help Real Chemistry continue to be a leader in the space; contribute as a thought leader on social landscape, best practices, and cultural happenings across platforms

- You are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow. When things change, so do we. We’re always evolving.
- You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data.
- You are a highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- 3-4 years of experience in social media content strategy, ideally in biotech, pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
- Experience working with senior level executives with marketing, communications or social media efforts
- Demonstrated proficiency in social media, both personally and professionally
- Highly organized, mindful of deadlines, able to multi-task and work under limited supervision
- Detail oriented, well-organized professional who performs with a sense of urgency, and stays on schedule and on budget
- Outstanding written and oral communications and presentations skills; creativity is key
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and the role it plays in social media
- Understanding of the FDA and FTC regulations guiding social media efforts for biotech and pharma clients
- Experience collaborating effectively internally and externally as part of an integrated team
