The Senior Manager, LD Digital Learning is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and sustainability of the digital learning culture strategy within the organization.
Together we will build an intentional learning culture to increase skills, engagement, performance, attraction of talent at all levels by fostering psychological safety through emerging Technologies, providing relevant and effective learning and development solutions.
This position is part of the Global Cytiva LD team and will be onsite

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and implement content strategies for Learning Development projects: Create compelling digital content that engages the individuality of our audiences, elevating awareness, and reinforcing Learning Development value across the organization.
- Leverage your expertise in digital instructional design to bring passion, creativity, and flair to our learning and development portfolio. Focus on designing, developing, and delivering outstanding and engaging digital learning experiences using various instructional digital methods.
- Lead, develop, implement, and sustain the digital learning culture strategy, incorporating best practices and continuous evaluation of digital teaching methods. Guiding others to adopt a strategic approach in digital learning.
- Assess learning needs and the target audience, with a future focused mindset. Analyzing existing instructional materials for impact.
- Identify opportunities where innovative e-learning can effectively replace or build on existing instructional materials, instructor-led training (ILT) and classroom-based courses.
- Creativity and innovation in designing digital learning experiences.
- Extensive experience in digital instructional design.
- Strong knowledge and experience of learning theories, assessments, and evaluation methods, and a thorough understanding of Adult Learning Principles.
- Proficiency with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
- Ability to analyze and assess learning needs and outcomes.
- Visual design skills and ability to storyboard.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with SMEs and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven record of championing and implementing the use of digital learning curricula.
- Weave newly absorbed information into a story that learners will find meaningful.
- Good knowledge of SCORM and web technologies (HTML5, Java script, CSS)
