• Experience using Applied Biosystems RT-PCR instruments and associated software is highly desired.

• Probe based q-RT-PCR experience with data analysis is preferred.

• Analyze data, interpret results, and perform calculations.

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for data analysis and interpretation.

• Organize and prioritize work to ensure on-time delivery of results.

• Maintain the above equipment in proper working order.

• Experience in molecular diagnostics, ideally in clinical testing facilities

• Demonstrated knowledge of basic statistics and molecular biology

• Quality Control: - Participate in quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.

• Strong theoretical and practical understanding of PCR and molecular biology techniques. - Proficiency in laboratory techniques such as DNA/RNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, and real-time PCR.

• Education: Master level in Biotechnology or related field
