The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing for Cytiva Discovery Medical is responsible for creating a strong Discovery Medical digital experience that satisfies users’ various needs, represents the breadth and depth of our portfolio, and implements the newest user experience improvements. This person will drive updates across the Discovery Medical marketing organization by working with relevant stakeholders.

This position is part of the Discovery Medical Marketing team located either remotely, in Marlborough US, or Amersham UK and will be either remote or onsite depending on location. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Digital Marketing: Focus on website development and performance (knowledge content, application content, e-shop), improving Discovery webpages, and enhancing the digital customer buying journey in partnership with marketing team
  • SEO Content Writing: Work cross-functionally to create scientific SEO content that is easily understandable, leveraging value propositions and customer insights to drive MQLs and revenue.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Update and improve product pages, develop SEO, PPC, and Google AdWords strategies, and interpret website analytics for reporting.
  • Website Content Improvement: Collaborate with product managers to ensure accurate product content, execute plans for website and digital campaign improvements, and enhance content on Cytiva.com and partner websites (major Channel partners such as Fisher and VWR).

Who you are:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a web/online role managing a large portfolio of complex products
  • Experience in web SEO/PPC/AdWords/Analytics analysis and improvement, with ability to translate these topics into layman’s terms
  • Experience defining customer journey and mapping to customer buying journey to generate e-comm sales. and experience with keyword analysis, defining website taxonomy and mobile first indexing
  • Experience maintaining website content using a Content Management System and experience of using Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console; Comfortable with large data sets containing digital website trends. Ability to produce web analysis, build meaningful reports and provide actions that will drive tangible results
  • Knowledge of the marketing funnel through to sale process; Strong experience in measuring marketing ROI and tying revenue to campaigns/tactics
  • Deep understanding of “how the web works” from a customer perspective (e.g. user experience, behavioral, data, social) and from an executional standpoint – must know how to execute campaigns online and prove hands on capability including search, email, display, web and campaign analytics

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Limited travel required for team meetings and planning sessions (2-3 times per year)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with writing Regular Expression, HTML and JavaScript preferred
  • Degree or Marketing experience in Life Sciences, Information Technology, Usability, Data Analytics or Marketing
  • Ability to flourish in a matrixed organization with many stakeholders

The salary range for this role is $130, 000-$160,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
