The Senior Market Research Executive is responsible for both supporting and leading day-to-day management of multiple tracking studies. The focus will be on running both existing studies as well as setting up new programs, with guidance from the Senior Manager, Customer and Market Insights. These will be used to monitor key foundational metrics from customer experience to market sentiment.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Customer and Market Insights and is part of the Customer and Marketing Insights function. The role is located in Bengaluru, India and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:
- Collaborate and contribute to running existing projects as well as establishing new programs
- Manage agencies to ensure continued program delivery, including timeline management.
- Conduct detailed data analysis and charting
- Work on creating research deliverables. Independently group and organize findings in a meaningful way to explain the results and craft an initial story.
- Attend presentations and support the Senior Manager, Customer and Market Insights with delivery of the research findings and recommendation.
- Create and maintain dashboards – to be the Single Point of Contact as dashboard expert.
- Support the delivery of Cytiva group level ad-hoc programs, as required.
- Minimum Bachelor level education
- 5+ years of working experience either in Market Research agency or Market Research function at client-side organizations
- Experience working jointly and independently on both quantitative and qualitative research projects
- Experience preparing briefs/ proposals, writing questionnaires, managing and monitoring data collection, validation, analysis and preparing reports
- 3+ year experience using data query tools like SPSS, Q and/or other
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint expertise
- Engaging with stakeholders on a regular basis to update and manage
- Experience in B2B organizations is desirable
- Experience in Biotechnology or Biopharma or Life Science
- [[}} unning a combination of tracking as well as ad-hoc studies simultaneously
- Managing multiple projects and stakeholder expectations through different project stages
