What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement a pediatric bladder healtheducationtool and related research studies
- Conduct needs assessments through cross-sectional surveys and analyze large databases
- Oversee regulatory processes for data access and propose necessary modifications
- Co-author research publications and regulatory reports as required
- Supervise staff or students and provide guidance on project work and techniques
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Arts degree in a relevant social science field and two years of applicable experience
- Comprehensive understanding of scientific theory and methods
- Strong analytical skills and excellent judgment
- Ability to work under deadlines with general guidance
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in developing digital/virtual education curricula, especially in health education
- Familiarity with IRB guidelines and regulations
- Prior experience producing academic manuscripts for publication
- Experience writing academic grants for funding opportunities
- Proficiency with statistical software such as R or SPSS
