What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead pharmacometrics efforts in drug and vaccine development programs
• Develop and execute population pharmacokinetic models, PK/PD models, and other pharmacometric analyses
• Frame critical drug development questions to optimize model-informed development
• Author regulatory documents and represent the team at regulatory meetings
• Apply novel quantitative approaches to improve drug development processes
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Ph.D. or equivalent degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience, OR PharmD with at least 5 years of experience, OR MS with at least 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development or academia
• Educational background in pharmacometrics, biopharmaceutics, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fields
• Proficiency in performing pharmacometrics analyses such as population PK, PKPD, and ER models
• Knowledge of drug development and pharmacokinetics principles
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficiency in pharmacometric software (e.g., R, NONMEM, Monolix)
• Strong experimental design and mathematical problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Good interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration
