- Lead pharmacometrics efforts in drug and vaccine development programs
- Develop and execute population pharmacokinetic models, PK/PD models, and other pharmacometric analyses
- Frame critical drug development questions to optimize model-informed development
- Author regulatory documents and represent the team at regulatory meetings
- Apply novel quantitative approaches to improve drug development processes
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience, OR PharmD with at least 5 years of experience, OR MS with at least 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development or academia
- Educational background in pharmacometrics, biopharmaceutics, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fields
- Proficiency in performing pharmacometrics analyses such as population PK, PKPD, and ER models
- Knowledge of drug development and pharmacokinetics principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in pharmacometric software (e.g., R, NONMEM, Monolix)
- Strong experimental design and mathematical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Good interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration
- Experience in critical data analysis and interpretation
