You will be responsible for: Data Management:

• Review the Case status report as and when reports are received
• Inform the different workflow leads to monitor and take priority cases to completion
• Monitor productivity as and when reports are received
• Run SQL and identify priority cases on an hourly basis
• Update dashboard on productivity
• Provide the health of cases received and predict any highlights
