Vial is a hyper-scalable biotech company advancing programs into the clinic by leveraging dramatically cheaper trials and computationally designed therapeutics.

What Youll Do

  • Support all aspects of business development from introductory meetings to due diligence
  • Support external facing materials to reflect program positioning
  • Support term sheet/deal comparison analysis to support financial evaluation of potential transactions
  • Scientific liason between RD and business teams.
  • Support colleagues in building strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

What Youll Bring

  • 0-2 years of experience performing corporate strategy or business development in the biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry, or in a technology transfer role.
  • Post-graduate degree in a scientific field preferred (MS, PhD, PharmD)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to interpret pre-clinical and clinical trial results
  • Ability to generate/interpret revenue models
  • Previous roles in the biotech industry strongly preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, experience in startup environment preferred
  • Deeply analytical, systems thinker, focused on finding scalable solutions
