About The Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist on our PBM Clinical Operations team, you'll deliver on our "pharmacist in the family" approach by providing personalized guidance to members through phone, email, and chat. About The Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist on our PBM Clinical Operations team, you'll deliver on our "pharmacist in the family" approach by providing personalized guidance to members through phone, email, and chat. What You’ll Do
- Provide concierge-level medication and disease state management support to members via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct drug utilization reviews and comprehensive medication reviews
- Collaborate with providers on medication therapy recommendations and formulary compliance
- Contribute to Pharmacy & Therapeutics processes and clinical policy development
- Support prior authorization reviews
- Partner with Navigation team for holistic member support
- Participate in developing scalable clinical pharmacy operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- 3+ years experience in PBM, retail pharmacy, health plan, or medication therapy management
- Active pharmacy license in state of residence (multiple state licenses preferred)
- Located in Pacific or Mountain time zone
- Empathetic and detail-oriented
- Strong clinical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Adaptable and innovative mindset
- Customer service-oriented
- Managed Care or pharmacy residency
- Multi-state pharmacy licenses or willingness to obtain them
