Job Description
Our client, an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation, is looking to engage with a Consultant- Strategy (Pharmaceuticals) who will be a strong support partner for the Commercial organisation in executing,
measuring and monitoring effective solutions to provide a seamless patient experience through the customer journey.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Studio Digital team in strategy design execution of the projects related to patient journeys and experience.
- Owning multiple projects by ensuring timely achievement of milestones, visibility regular updates to all stakeholders across internal external partners.
- Scan the Market/ Competition landscape analysis to identify opportunity areas for continuous improvement in delivery of projects related to patient experience.
- Create frameworks reporting dashboards to effectively measure and monitor key KPIs to create an insights- driven engagement strategy, across multiple communication channels to drive patient outreach.

• Graduate level degree from a reputed Indian / International institute is a must
• 4+ years relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry or consulting/services/analytics ecosystem.
• Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment maintaining flexibility and changing priorities to meeting demanding timelines.
• Proven knowledge and experience in translating insights into project management program design.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and articulate recommendations and solutions based on analysis.
