The ITD function is responsible for the digital transformation of the organization with the objective of driving commercial value and business growth. We use technology as a strategic asset to deliver a competitive edge to our business to outperform in the market. Our ITD’s Supply and Finance vertical is a key enabler to the respective function’s digitalization journey with the objective of driving business efficiency, commercial growth and employee productivity. We are on the lookout for a leader in this space who can establish functional dominance while bringing technological depth to shape the future of these functions using technology and data.

This role will be responsible for the below key job specifications:

• Lead Reckitt South Asia’s supply and finance technology stack, digital programs, analytics/reporting and future roadmap.
• Leverage functional expertise in Supply Chain and Finance, to actively identify and quantify opportunities for cost optimization/reduction and commercial growth through digitalization and technology interventions. Build convincing business cases/pitch, align key stakeholders and deliver quality solutions to deliver committed business value. Therefore, position ITD as an internal consulting partner to the business functions.
• Develop x-functional business analytics and insights in collaboration with the functional leaders and internal ITD data analytics team. Deploy these models into business processes, conversations, and decision-making.
• Lead the x-organizational Master Data Management efforts assuring business of uninterrupted performance of their planning and executional processes, platforms and reports.
• As the regional product manager for supply and finance, partner with the respective global product owners to bring global solutions to our market while ensuring strict adherence to guidelines, processes and templates and cross-sharing of best-practices,
• Stay abreast with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in supply services, manufacturing, and corporate finance. Identify and capitalize on opportunities in keeping our organization ahead of the curve vis a vis our competition.
• Develop direct and indirect reports, both functionally and technically, to establish our ITD organization as a key value driver and a strategic business partner for competitive superiority in the market.
  
  
  

• 10-12 years of experience in the supply chain and / or financial domains of technology in business consulting / consumer goods / durables / retail/ food beverages / electronics / apparel / pharmaceutical industry is a must. Management consulting experts in CPG/FMCG and related industries are welcome to apply.
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes related to the industry (cpg or related) and supply chain domains – demand forecasting, production planning, inventory optimization, dispatch planning, transportation management, sales and operations planning, supply analytics, manufacturing 4.0 and warehouse management systems. Experience on technologies such as o9, Kinaxis or SAP APO/DP is a plus. Management consulting or core functional experts (supply chain experts) are welcome.
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes related to the industry (cpg or related) and finance domain – order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report and financial analytics. Experience or understanding of SAP ECC6 is a plus.
• Great problem-solving skills and depth of business understanding is a key consideration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, partner to influence outcomes, building convincing narratives and driving multiple initiatives is essential.
