Job Details

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Position: Junior Medical Sales Representative

Salary: 20,000 per month + 5,000 Travel Allowance (For Jaipur, other cities in Rajasthan will be reimbursed)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience Required: 1+ year in OTC Sales

What Were Looking For

Strong English communication skills

Connections with doctors, medical stores, and other healthcare professionals in Rajasthan for lead generation

Ability to work independently

A proven track record with verified documents (BGV required)

Perks Targets

Probation: 3 months

Monthly Target: 80,000 during probation

Incentives: Earn 2-4% of profits for exceeding targets!

Target Achievement: Full salary paid for 80% target achievement, lesser performance affects travel allowance and salary.

Note: Failure to achieve targets for two consecutive months during probation may lead to termination.
