Take your place on our strong team and help us make significant contributions to the world.Discover Impactful Work:- Carry out onsite installation, qualification, repairs, preventive maintenance, and on-site/ virtual support of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s range of LSMS (Life Sciences Mass Spectrometry) / IOMS (In-organic Mass Spectrometry) equipment's in professional, reliable and customer-orientated manner.
- Will be primarily responsible for Asia Pacific Region (excluding China)
- Conduct training sessions for customers on the equipment operation, calibration, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with customer SLA (Service Level Agreement), industry standards, and internal critical metric objectives.
- Strictly adhere to all local safety regulations and company policies during field operations.
- Achieve service revenue target by promoting company products, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating closely with commercial and operations teams.
- Respond promptly and proactively to the customer needs, maintaining close relationships with Company Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to ensure quality resolutions for all service and product issues.
- Perform your duties efficiently and a commercially appropriate manner.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience servicing Mass Spectrometry (LCMS/GCMS/In-organic MS) equipment.
- Conduct on-site installation of MS equipment and follow testing procedures to ensure accurate working.
- Conduct on-site scheduled planned maintenance visits.
- Provide onsite / virtual troubleshooting and repair support for customers.
- Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, end users and company personnel's.
- Timely completion and submission of the FSR (field service reports).
- Provide training for customers and users on system’s operation / maintenance.
- Escalate the outstanding service issues with system in timely manner.
- Provide feedback over product quality to factory.
- Must have strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Work independently and as part of a group, to accomplish individual and team objectives as well as resolve routine customer concerns.
