Associate Director, Project Management– Delivering Excellence in Complex Projects

What you will do:

Plan and Execute Projects:
Develop and drive comprehensive project plans, clearly defining scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.

Engage Stakeholders:
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and projects align with organizational objectives.

Optimize Resources:
Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines and budgets without compromising quality.

Mitigate Risks:
Proactively identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans to ensure project success.

Lead Teams:
Guide, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Monitor Performance:
Track and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget goals.

Improve Processes:
Analyze project outcomes to drive continuous process improvements and future efficiencies.

Communicate with Impact:
Deliver clear, concise updates to senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Manage Production Support:


· Ensure the stability and uptime of production systems.
· Manage incident resolution, escalations, and SLA adherence.
· Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
· Drive operational excellence through proactive monitoring and issue prioritization.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:


10+ years of project management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.

Expertise in [IT, Insurance, Healthcare] or related industries.

Production support management experience, including SLA adherence and issue resolution.

Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar project management platforms.

Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

Bonus Points For:


Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Expertise in budget management and financial analysis.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Experience with regulatory compliance and governance frameworks.
