Real Chemistry is looking for aSenior Medical Writerjoinour growing team!  

As a Senior Medical Writer at Real Chemistry, you will be working across several therapy areas to create a range ofHCP educationalmaterials, ensuring the language and content isappropriate forthe target audience.Naturallyyour work will be of the highest quality, scientificallyaccurateand aligned to the relevant brand.

This role can be remote in the US or in any of ourUSoffices.

Whatyou’lldo:

  • Perform rigorous literature-based scientific research, with the ability to efficiently draw conclusions about the landscape relevant to project objectives

  • Develop clear,accurate,andpersuasivescientificand medicalcontent for a variety of formats, including slide deck presentations,publications,videosandotherdigitalmedia

  • Assume a supervisory role on select projects, providing feedback to other medical writers and account colleagues

  • Join client calls related to assigned projects andlead discussions about contentin client-facingsettings

  • Annotate materials and highlights references for client medical review

  • Develop content for anew business pitchesandparticipatein pitch presentations as requested

  • Confidently translates scientific/medicalinformation for non-scientific colleaguesontheReal Chemistryteam

Required skills and experience: 

  • Priorexperiencein a Medical Writingor Scientific Leadershiprole within an agency environment

  • Experience leading a team of direct reports

  • Educatedwithat leastaMaster’sdegree level in life sciences, medicine,pharmacyor a related discipline. An advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) is preferred, butnotrequired

  • Proven ability to work under pressure as business needs ariseand juggle multiple deliverables across multiple accounts

  • Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail

  • Demonstrates excellence in clear, succinct scientific writing directed towards a general physician audience.Able to calibrate tone and complexity for select targeted audiences

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Proficient inusing Microsoft Word, MicrosoftExceland Microsoft PowerPoint

Pay Range:$100,000 - $110,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will bedeterminedbased on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
