Job Overview

The Head of Research and Development will be responsible for overseeing all research and development activities at Bi Paints. This includes developing and implementing research strategies, managing a team of researchers, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in industrial coatings and paints. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India.
