Join our dynamic Sourcing Supply team within UK Operations, where we manage the material flow through the factory, enabling our packaging and processing areas to produce stock for customer orders to over 100 countries globally. As a Master Data Associate, you will be part of a flexible team executing master data change across a range of IT Systems used within UK Operations. This role is an opportunity to work in a rapidly changing business environment and contribute significantly to ensuring the smooth flow of material through the supply chain.

As a Master Data Associate, you will create and maintain master data in IT systems, ensuring no interruptions to product manufacture and supply. You will process data efficiently and follow predefined processes to ensure consistency and compliance. You will also build and maintain excellent working relationships throughout the Supply Chain, Production, Project and Global functions. Your role will involve problem-solving, taking on practical and conceptual problems using your initiative and lean tools to drive and influence business change.

- Demonstrated attention to detail

- Pharmaceutical industry experience

- IT Literate

- Experience and knowledge of SAP ERP (ICON) and other IT systems

- Experience within manufacturing, packaging and working within a GMP controlled environment

- Exposure to Lean ways of working and methodologies
