Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
Hospital Lab Management (HLM) Tie-Ups: Establish and maintain relationships with hospital lab management teams, including doctors, general practitioners, nursing homes, and hospitals. Generate leads and engage with potential customers to drive business growth.
Market Penetration Awareness: Develop and execute strategies to enhance market presence and brand recognition of Dr.Omics Labs' products and services in the Delhi NCR region.
Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to hospital labs and healthcare institutions. Oversee sales activities and ensure the maintenance of an updated monthly sales/marketing database.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital lab managers and corporate clients to drive sales and business growth.
Corporate Marketing: Manage corporate marketing initiatives and develop business strategies tailored to corporate clients and hospital labs.
Communication: Utilize excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and marketing activities to senior management.
Preferred candidate profile:
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in a similar role with experience in hospital lab management tie-ups, corporate marketing, and lead generation.
Location: Candidates based in Delhi NCR are preferred.
Specialization: Experience in Healthcare Marketing or Personalized Medicine is a plus.
