Key Responsibilities
- Oversee C&DS operations to ensure quality and delivery, on time and within budget
- Work with solution and technical heads for optimal running of RI projects, engage with Syngene OU and enabling function leaders to coordinate cross-functional collaborations
- Resource planning, create and manage RI resource matrix, identify and fill gaps, allocate resources across projects, oversee training and development for the OU
- Support strategic planning, developing new initiatives with the OU head and drive implementation as per plan
- Monitor projects, milestones, deliverables and analyze performance to optimize delivery

- Familiarity across the breadth of computational sciences and research informatics

- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, and the ability to work through conflicts
