- Media Preparation
- To perform food and water swab tests
- To perform pathogen testing 4. Quality Documentation
- Maintain all work books registers and instrument logbooks and other relevant records up to date written in a specific approved format.
- To maintain Housekeeping of the work area.
- Check and maintain stocks of chemicals, consumables and glassware
- Carry out any other relevant work assigned from time to time by superiors.
- Participation in PT & ILC programmes
